GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
All manuscripts should be submitted using the email: submit@beebotpublisher.com
They must be written in good English, which is the responsibility of the authors, not the editors. Papers below the standard for the journal will be returned to the authors for rewriting and can be rejected for this reason alone. Mathematical formulae and equations must be presented professionally according to standard format. For general format and style, consult recent issues of the journal. Detailed information on the preparation of mathematical formulae and equations is given in the LaTeX and Word guidelines. Word's built-in "Equation Editor" or the full MathType product should be used for authors who use Microsoft Word to prepare manuscripts.
Manuscripts submitted are first screened by the editors; only those on subject matters within the scope of the journal are sent to expert referees for evaluation. This two-tier screening process helps ensure an appropriate focus as well as high scientific quality of the journal. Authors are invited to submit the names, addresses, and email addresses of up to five potential reviewers. The decision on whether or not the suggested referees are used lies solely with the editors. The guidelines below indicate the actions of the copy editing service when a completed article is ready to enter the production process, but it is essential that you submit text that is as correct as it possibly can be. Upon acceptance of the paper, World Scientific copy editors will:
Check that the paper is complete, i.e., no missing items.
Ensure that the general style and format of the paper (including the references) conform to the journal guidelines.
Verify that all figures/artwork are of publishable quality; otherwise, authors will be asked to provide replacements.
Check layout (such as incorrect floating of figures or tables).
Correct spelling errors and minor punctuation errors.
Ensure that all references include all essential information and are cited in accordance with the journal format.
Send the typeset proof version of the paper (in PDF format) to the author for proofreading and incorporation of final amendments before sending to press. Queries are also sent to authors (if necessary) in order to clarify references (incomplete information, incorrect volume or page number, publication year, update of preprint status). Authors are discouraged from making major changes, or else they have to bear additional costs incurred.
However, the following is not within the scope of responsibility of editors at Bee Bot Publisher:
Checking errors in grammar or syntax other than the very basic ones.
Checking spelling errors of scientific words/terms.
Checking wrong cross-references among formulae and text.
Checking mistakes in formulae and equations.
